The Journey to Success Community Conversation Guide is a one-stop playbook to help advocates put the Annie E. Casey Foundation’s “Fostering Youth Transitions 2023” (FYT 2023) report into swift action. This guide was created in partnership with lived experience (LEx) leaders—youth and young adults who have experienced foster care. It will highlight the reasons to hold a conversation in your state and equip you with easy-to-use tips and examples.
